Many companies exploit aspiring models with false promises, unethical business practices and prey on their dreams for profit. Created by models for models, we are committed to providing a safe haven, shielding talents from predatory practices and unleashing the secrets to a world formerly gate kept. With our revolutionary women led team, we prioritize nurturing both models and souls. We believe modeling is more than runway walks; it's a transformative leadership and self-discovery journey. Our mission is twofold: Safeguard aspiring models from exploitation of predatory companies and empower them with the tools needed to evolve into supermodels in every facet of life, from inner growth to societal impact.

With over a decade of experience in the modeling and wellness industry, she stands as a supermodel mogul and influential leader, inspiring a generation of young women to embrace their inner strength and authentic beauty.
From humble beginnings on Chicago's South Side to international acclaim, Sharaun's transformative journey embodies resilience and determination. Discovered by industry luminary Tyra Banks, Sharaun seamlessly navigated the fashion world, gracing iconic runways for industry giants including Marc Jacobs, Tommy Hilfiger, Victoria's Secret and more. Her versatile talent extends beyond fashion as she has appeared in campaigns for prestigious brands like McDonald's, Givenchy, and Hulu, earning recognition from esteemed figures such as Oprah Winfrey.
Sharaun's passion for holistic wellness became integral to her identity. As a wellness practitioner trained in Shamanic Reiki Energy healing, Sound Healing, and a certified mindfulness and life coach, she embodies the fusion of modeling and wellness seamlessly. She has harnessed her expertise to empower women through her groundbreaking Modeling x Wellness Retreats, motivational speaking and mentorship initiatives.
In her role as the founder of Model Tribe, Sharaun nurtures a community of aspiring leaders, providing them with tools and guidance to unlock their potential and create positive change. Her dedication extends beyond the spotlight, manifesting in her commitment to serving the homeless through her award-winning nonprofit, ServeUp Inc.
Sharaun's journey is not just about accomplishments; it's a testament to resilience, determination and inspiring transformation. After working with each of them individually for an extensive time, I handpicked this team because of their authenticity, unwavering faith, success in their fields and deep integrity. It was important to me that every woman sees a reflection of herself while finding inspiration and mentorship within our community
